Rather than cutting cold turkey off of the zofram, the doctor suggested she slow down the doses day by day until she was completely off. So far so good. This meant a great weekend, with no sickness and no shenanigans from Jelly Bean.
We made a couple of stops to finish returning a few of the girl things we had purchased before we found out it was a boy. While we were at Baby's R Us we purchased the stroller and a few outfits on sale. When we went to see our friends, they mentioned that they've had to change their baby so often that they've run out of the new born size onesies and had not had a chance yet to do laundry. This meant, stock up on sale new born and 3-6 size clothes for boys. We know we'll get some later, but it's fine if we have too many. Plus we couldnt resist picking up a few of the outfits with one liners like " I"m handsome like my daddy" & "my mommy is better than your mommy." Because we are that mature. As we are learning by observation (I'm sure our friends feel like an experiment right about now) we diligently take notes of their struggles and successes and though we know all newborns are different, we hope to adopt a thing or two to help us in our first few weeks. See purchased items below that seemed essential:

We also spent some quality time with the families and Tiff has been hating loving all the pictures I take of her, the bump and us.
